Jail Ministry is a ministry supported by many of our sister congregations. Each month we at Leiper's Fork send two of our brethren to lead the worship service at the Williamson County Jail. We embrace this as an opportunity to serve our community and teach forgiveness of sins only in Christ Jesus. In addition to leading the worship services on Sunday evenings, several one on one Bible studies are held during the week and are taught by a few of our brethren. Much good has been seen from these studies!
Southern Care Assisted Living and Morningside Assisted Living are senior living centers where our members will go on the first and second Sunday of each month to worship with the residents of these facilities. By doing this, not only do we get to offer the residents an opportunity to worship God in spirit and in truth, but this also provides us with an excellent opportunity to encourage the senior citizens of our community with the love of Jesus and proclaim to them and their families the truth of His word.
